Tuition

When you register for classes at The Children’s Ballet, you are registering for an entire season (August–May). Tuition payments are made monthly, on the first business day, via automatic withdrawal from a bank account or card. Families are responsible for keeping their financial information up to date through the parent portal.

A $70 costume fee + August tuition (50% of regular monthly tuition) will be due at registration. 

Students in more than one class per week will have additional costumes at $70 each. All costume fees are due by winter break.

There is a $15 monthly tuition discount for each additional student from the same family.
The tuition discount for boys is 50% per month.

  • Ballet I-III: $70/month
  • Ballet IV: $105/month
  • Ballet V: $130/month
  • Ballet VI: $185/month
  • Ballet VII/VIII: $250/month

December tuition is 50% (see winter break information). Monthly tuition is not reduced or refunded if a dancer misses a class. Class openings are reserved for your student regardless of attendance. Please notify the studio if your dancer will be absent (email your teacher: {firstname}@thechildrensballet.com. If a teacher must miss a class, a make-up class will be scheduled.

Fundraising

At The Children’s Ballet, we are committed to providing high-quality ballet education to children from diverse backgrounds, fostering their passion for dance, and nurturing their artistic growth. However, as a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on the generosity of supporters like you to sustain and enhance our programs. Families enrolled in our school are asked to help raise funds to support scholarships and financial aid, community outreach programs, and maintaining our facilities and equipment.

As Hendricks County’s only non-profit dance school, we are committed to affordable dance education for all students. Our per-hour costs are significantly lower than other dance schools in the area. Click here for the latest comparative analysis of area dance schools.
