Plainfield, Get Ready!

For 35 years, students from across Hendricks County have been experiencing our classical ballet education in Danville. Starting in early 2023, we are excited to expand our unique classroom experience to Plainfield!

Our second studio space is located at 211 W. Main Street, in the heart of downtown Plainfield, across from our future performing home at the Plainfield Performing Arts Center.

Our spring 2023 classes will be offered during two sessions: February 13-March 22 (Session I), and April 3-May 10 (Session II). Each session will cost $100.

Plainfield classes will include instruction for younger ballet dancers, dancers who are new to ballet, and adults. To enroll, click the Register button below and create an account.

What Makes Us Different?

  • We are a classical ballet school, now celebrating 35 years of serving students from around Hendricks County, Indiana.
  • Our students start as young as three years old and many stay with us through high school.
  • Our staff is committed to educating, enriching, and inspiring each student’s unique gifts of talent and creativity in a safe studio environment.
  • All our students, including very young students, receive a classical ballet education, learning about classical music, composers, French ballet terminology, and how dance can tell a story without words.
  • As a nonprofit school, our goal is for our classes to be accessible and affordable for all families.
  • We don’t participate in competitions. Instead, every student is given an opportunity to perform before their families and friends in one of our original full-length ballets.
  • During our performances, every student is an important and integral part of telling a complete story through dance. Our performances are not recitals. One of the things our teachers, volunteers, and parents enjoy so much about our performances is watching students from ages 3 to 18 work together to bring the stage to life.

OUR MISSION

We serve students of all ages from Hendricks County and surrounding areas.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality dance instruction while helping students develop self-discipline, dedication, positive self-esteem, and an appreciation for the art of dance.

We value and nurture each student’s unique gifts of talent and creativity in a safe studio environment in order to educate, enrich, and inspire.
