The Hendricks County Community Foundation awarded The Children’s Ballet grants totaling $1,500 to purchase 36 costumes for students dancing in a 2016 performance of The Nutcracker with the Hendricks Symphony Orchestra.

October flew on by; welcome November! This will be a busy month for The Children’s Ballet as we begin our Nutcracker study and finish up our dances that will be performed with the Hendricks Symphony Orchestra next month.
We had a great first month of classes! It is wonderful to have so many new and familiar faces back in the studio. Many thanks to our ballet parents and grandparents for our brand new ballet barres!
Thank you for being a part of the 29th season of The Children’s Ballet. We are so glad that the 2016-2017 season is underway and are excited to be back in the studio.
And the countdown is on!! Our students have been working so hard, and everything is coming together.
We hope everyone had a great spring break – welcome back! The next seven weeks will be a rush of rehearsing, props, costumes, headpieces, and magic. We will be sending out more detailed information about rehearsals, photos, DVDs, and call times, so please be on the lookout.
We are definitely noticing an added spring in our students’ dance steps as the weather warms up.
Dancing Through Winter Some exciting things are happening this month! Of course, we are already anticipating our May 28th performance.
